We’re the Westreicher family, with your hosts Hugo and Gertrude. We take great pride in ensuring your stay is exceptional at our luxury hotel in Serfaus. Hugo oversees the culinary delights in our restaurant, while Gertrude welcomes you with a smile at reception. Hugo inherited the hotel from his father, who built it in 1959 after a trip to France and coined its unique name. The name “Cervosa” pays homage to the region’s wild and forested landscape and the former Rhaeto-Romance name for Serfaus. What began as a small hotel has evolved into a 5-star luxury hotel in Tyrol, now managed by the second generation of the Westreicher family along with the third generation, our children Hugo Jr and Stefanie.
