In the morning, you choose which starters and main courses you’d like to enjoy in the evening. The closer evening comes, the greater the anticipation for your chosen menu, consisting of an amuse-gueule as well as a choice of 2 cold starters, 2 soups, and 3 main courses (fish, meat, and vegetarian), but also with a salad buffet, a dessert, and delicious cheeses from the buffet.
