Please check your arrival and departure dates carefully, as the entire booking period will be charged in case of an early departure. If possible, please arrive and depart on a Saturday or Sunday.

Rooms are available from 2 p.m. If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance.

On your departure day, please vacate your room by 11 a.m.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by the contracting party without a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration. Outside this specified period, cancellation by unilateral declaration by the contracting party is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:

• Up to 1 month (31 days) before the arrival date: 40% of the total stay
• 30 days to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total stay
• In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total stay

We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. You’ll receive a link for this with your booking confirmation.

Note: By making a booking, you agree to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Federal Association of the Hospitality Industry dated 23.09.1981.

We kindly ask you to have dinner between 7 p.m. and 8.30 p.m.

Dogs are allowed on request, except in the restaurant, suites, and newly renovated rooms. The fee charged is €22.00 per day for small dogs and €28.00 per day for large dogs (food not included).

Parking in the garage costs €10.00 per day and car.

We accept cash payments in euros or EC cards (VISA or MasterCard).

For weekly package bookings, we do not accept credit cards.

If the prices in your booking confirmation differ from the price list, the prices stated in the price list always apply. For bookings of less than 3 days, we charge a short-stay surcharge of 10%. For single occupancy of a room, we charge a 50% surcharge on the respective category price. No refunds will be given for unused meals.

Furthermore, we must charge 70% of the treatment price for any beauty or wellness treatments that are not cancelled in a reasonable time. 

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.

The tourist tax is €3.70 per person per day in summer and in winter. Children under 14 years old are exempt.
