A place to unwind and recharge, to simply savour the moment, and treat yourself. That’s Hugo’s Kneipp & Chill Area on the rushing Lausbach stream, right next to Hugo’s Cervosa Alm restaurant. Nestled at nearly 2,000 metres above sea level, it’s in the heart of the expansive and idyllic hiking and skiing area of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.

Kneipp fun in the mountains: a treat for body and soul
A Kneipp circuit stimulates circulation and improves blood flow. The subsequent relaxation offers the body well-deserved recovery. Hugo’s Kneipp & Chill Area features a beach area with the finest sea sand, sun loungers, and parasols, as well as a sunbathing lawn with additional loungers and umbrellas. Start your Kneipp circuit with an arm and face treatment, followed by wading in the cool Lausbach stream. In between, allow your body ample rest, for example on the sunbathing lawn. For our little visitors, there are two children’s play areas, one with sea sand and one with natural quartz sand from the stream. Refreshments are also available: The gastro hut offers cool drinks, snacks, and ice cream. If you’re arriving by e-bike, there’s a charging station directly at the facility (please bring your own charging cable).
Our tip for tired legs
After a long hike or bike ride, a Kneipp circuit can be incredibly refreshing, especially when your legs are sore and tired. The smooth stones and cool mountain water can soothe your aching muscles and rejuvenate your body. You’ll feel what a treat a Kneipp cure is. Afterwards, enjoy a cold beer or an Aperol Spritz to toast the beautiful day in the mountains. Sounds wonderful? It certainly is. Come and see for yourself!
